How to prepare crust
Preheat oven to 190°C.

Wrap the dough and let it chill for at least 2 hours
Then roll dough and place in a pie tray and bake for15-17 minutes.
Let cool and then add filling!
How to prepare filling
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Whisk all the ingredients together in a large bowl and pour into the pie crust.
Bake for about 45-50 minutes.
Let the pie cool for 2 hours, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
