1. Maple Cider

Orange peel
2 cinnamon sticks
8 cloves
3 cardamoms
25 peppercorns
5 cups apple cider
1 cup water
½ cup maple syrup
8 black tea bags
Orange slices

Directions
Place orange peel, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom, and peppercorns in a pot and add water, cider, and maple syrup.
Cook on low heat for an hour then add tea bags.
Cover let set for 10 minutes.

Ingredients
85g bittersweet chocolate
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp sugar
⅜ teaspoon chile powder
1 ¾ cups milk
¼ cup cream
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
In a pot, whisk together chocolate, cocoa, sugar, and chili.
Heat over medium-low heat until chocolate begins to melt.
Whisk in milk, then cream, and then add in cinnamon stick.
Remove pot from heat and cover pot tightly for 1 hour.
Add in vanilla, warm over low heat before serving.

3. Coconut Tres Leches Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
3 cups milk
1 can coconut milk
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon vanilla

Directions
In pan combine milk, coconut milk, and sweetened condensed milk.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Whisk in cocoa powder until well-combined.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and serve.

7 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 piece peeled fresh ginger
3 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
4 black tea bags
1 cup pomegranate juice
¼ cup lemon juice

Directions
In large pan combine water, sugar, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and star anise and bring to a boil.
Add in sugar, boil for 1 minute then strain and return mixture to pan.
Add tea bags and let it steep in for 10 minutes.
Remove tea bags and stir in pomegranate and lemon juice.
Heat again for 2 minutes and serve.
5. Caramel-Hazelnut Mocha
Melted chocolate, caramel sauce, coffee. Need we say more?
Ingredients
8 cups cream
½ cup chocolate-hazelnut spread
½ cup caramel sauce
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons instant espresso coffee powder
Whipped cream

Directions
In a slow cooker whisk together cream, chocolate-hazelnut spread, caramel sauce, the cocoa powder and espresso powder.

Cook on low heat for 5 to 6 hours.
Serve topped with whipped cream.
