Fish Tacos recipe
Ingredients
8 tortillas
1 avocado
1 minced clove garlic
2 limes
½ cup chopped cilantro
½ cup yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
500g fish fillets
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons butter
1 ½ cups shredded cabbage
How to prepare
Mix avocado, garlic, lime juice from one lime, cilantro, yogurt and ½ teaspoon salt in food processor until smooth.
Cut fish fillets into cubes and season with Cajun seasoning and salt.
Heat butter in a large non-stick pan, then add in the fish cook for 6 minutes.
Divide the fish in the tortillas, top with cabbage and avocado spread.

1 cup of mixed berries of your choice
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons of mint syrup
2 cans soda water
Mix all ingredients in a pitcher and add some ice and fresh mint leaves.
