Customers who recreate their mum's favourite Ramadan dish and share it with us through social channels @wfm.uae [Instagram] or @wfmuae [Facebook /TikTok] are eligible to enter the campaign to win shopping vouchers worth AED 5000 (each a “Prize”) from Waterfront Market LLC, every week during the campaign period. “Promotion Period” 20 February 2026 to 19 March 2026 (both dates inclusive). “Promotion” Make It Like Mamma – Waterfront Market Social Media Campaign for Ramadan.
2. Eligibility: Customers who recreate their mum's favourite Ramadan dish and share it with us through social channels @wfm.uae [IG] or @wfmuae [FB /TikTok] are eligible to enter the campaign. UAE Residents and Tourists are eligible to participate through the above mentioned social channels.
3. Employees of Ithra Dubai LLC, Deira Waterfront Development LLC, Deira Waterfront Development Holdings LLC, Waterfront Market LLC (and all of the preceding companies' subsidiaries, affiliates, companies under their management and other related companies) or employees of traders operating within Waterfront Market are not eligible to enter the Promotion even if they make an Eligible Purchase.
4. The winner will be required to be physically present at the time of collection of the Prize and will be required to present original identification documents. Copies, whether digital or otherwise, will not be acceptable. Waterfront Market LLC will not be responsible for any costs relating to the winner being physically present at the time of the collection of the Prize.

B. Submit their entry by commenting on the official campaign post, or sending a direct message (DM) to @wfm.uae [Instagram] or @wfmuae [Facebook /TikTok] or tagging @wfm.uae [Instagram] or @wfmuae [Facebook /TikTok] in a post or story.
C. Following the announcement of the winner, the prize must be collected within sixty (60) days and redeemed no later than 31 December 2026.
2. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion unless otherwise stated by Waterfront Market LLC. Waterfront Market LLC reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
3. Customers will not be entitled to, and Waterfront Market LLC will not offer, a cash alternative to the Prize or any alternative prize.
4. All decisions made by Waterfront Market LLC regarding the Promotion, including but not limited to eligibility, redemption, and cancellation, are final and binding.
5. By participating in the Promotion, customers hereby consent to the use of any photos or images taken of, and including, them, being used for marketing purposes, including but not limited as part of, or on, any social media platform, website, email communications and/or digital marketing campaign, in relation to the Promotion or the Waterfront Market more broadly.

By entering the Promotion, customers hereby agree to let Waterfront Market LLC use their personal information for publication and marketing purposes in relation to this Promotion (and the Waterfront Market more broadly) and in accordance with its privacy policy below. Customers hereby confirm that all the personal information given as part of the registration process is true, accurate and complete.
7. Insofar as is permitted by applicable law, Ithra Dubai LLC, Deira Waterfront Development LLC, Deira Waterfront Development Holdings LLC, Waterfront Market LLC (and all of the preceding companies' subsidiaries, affiliates, companies under their management and other related companies) will not in any circumstances accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of running the promotion or issuing the Prizes. In the circumstances where such exclusion of liability is held to be void or unenforceable, the total aggregate liability of Ithra Dubai LLC, Deira Waterfront Development LLC, Deira Waterfront Development Holdings LLC, Waterfront Market LLC (and all of the preceding companies' subsidiaries, affiliates, companies under their management and other related companies) shall not exceed AED 100 (one hundred UAE dirhams).

3. Winners agree to attend a scheduled shoot at Waterfront Market and Aylla’s Kitchen to recreate their mum’s favourite Ramadan dish.
4. Winners agree to participate in filming, photography, and social media content creation.
5. Winners grant Waterfront Market the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and submitted story for marketing purposes without additional compensation.
6. If a winner cannot attend the shoot, Waterfront Market reserves the right to recreate the recipe without the winner present or select an alternate winner.
7. By submitting an entry, participants confirm that the story and recipe shared are original.
8. Participants grant Waterfront Market a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content for marketing purposes.
9. Entries that are offensive, inappropriate, or unrelated to the campaign theme will be disqualified.
10. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any affiliates.
11. Waterfront Market is not responsible for technical failures, lost or incomplete entries, or any injury or loss arising from participation in the campaign.
Winner Selection
1. One (1) winner will be selected weekly.
2. Winners are chosen based on creativity, originality, emotional impact, and alignment with the campaign theme.
3. The decision of Waterfront Market and appointed judges is final and not subject to appeal.
4. Winners will be contacted via Instagram, Facebook or TikTok Direct Message.
5. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
