How can I reach the customer service team?

Are there ATMs or currency exchange services on-site?

Yes, ATMs are available in the market for your convenience. An Al Ansari Exchange branch is also on-site for currency exchange and other financial services.

Does the market offer porter services?

Yes, porter services are available and charged at AED 10 per hour.

Is card payment accepted throughout the market?

We're introducing more flexible payment options. Some shops accept cards, but others may not, so carrying cash is recommended for convenience.

Are the restaurants open 24/7?

Restaurant hours vary. In general, most restaurants open around 12:00 PM and begin closing from 12:00 PM onwards.

Do the restaurants offer cooking services for seafood?

Waterfront Restaurants offer a unique “Market to Table” experience where you can buy fresh fish/seafood in the market and have the Restaurants cook it the way you like it, to enjoy with your Family with a great Waterfront Sunset view.

Is parking free of charge?

As of May 1, 2025, basement parking at Market is paid: first 2 hours free, AED 5/hr for the 3rd & 4th hours, AED 10/hr after. External and west side parking remain free with limited availability.

How to pay for the parking?

There are three ways to pay for parking: Parkonic App – Pay easily via the app. QR Code – Scan at entry/exit points. Salik – If unpaid, the fee is auto-deducted from your Salik account after two days.

How do I use Parkonic?

Simply, Download the app, Set up an Account, and pay for your parking on the go with zero ticket worries.

How do I pay with My salik account?

Parking fee will be automatically deducted from your account after two days of your visit (will apply if the other two options are not used)
